The Arrowhead Condominiums are located right next door to the Double Arrow Resort which offers a fine dining room and lounge. The Double Arrow Golf Resort offers a 18-hole course that is open to the public and is located near the Arrowhead Condominiums. The Rich Ranch is also located nearby and offers a wide array of horse related activities including guided horse rides (May thru September), sleigh rides, guided hunting and wilderness trips. |
| THE RANCH Over the years the Double Arrow Ranch has evolved from a working ranch to a destination resort. You won't find many cowboys here, but you will find plenty of western hospitality! All of the original 3500 acre ranch is now subdivided in private ownership and includes the Arrowhead Condominiums, the Double Arrow Lodge, the Double Arrow Outfitters, the Double Arrow Landowners Association and the Double Arrow Golf Resort - each a separate entity, working together to provide excellent vacation opportunities. | |

Condominium weeks run Friday to Friday. Check in is between 4 and 6 pm at the owners office. Check out is by 10 am the following Friday. Arrangements can be made for alternate arrival times. A security deposit of $100, held by a major credit card, is required at check in. No pets are allowed. No Rv's, campers or camp trailers may be parked in the Condominium parking lot. Please contact the management for off site parking options.

TRAVEL INFORMATION The closest commercial airport is the Missoula airport, 65 miles away. From Missoula take I-90 to Hwy. 200, the Bonner exit. Take Hwy. 200 east to Clearwater Junction ("the Big Cow") and turn north on Hwy. 83. The entrance to the Double Arrow Ranch is located at mile marker 12 (two miles south of Seeley Lake). It is well marked. As you enter the ranch, watch for the Arrowhead Owners office, an A shaped building on your right. Weather Elevation of Seeley Lake is approximately 4,000 feet. Average summer temperatures range from a high of 90 to a low of 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures can plunge at times in the summer. It is always wise to bring some warm clothing and sturdy footwear. Average winter temperatures range from a high of 43 to a low of 16 degrees Fahrenheit. Average snow on the ground measures about three feet at Seeley Lake during the peak of the winter season, with greater snow loads as elevation increases. It is always wise to inquire locally on road conditions before traveling.

THE
CONDOMINIUM Arrowhead Condominiums
is a small resort with eight units. Even when we are full, we
are never "crowded." Arrowhead offers guests complete
apartment units - a home away from home! Each condominium unit
is fully furnished with all the necessities and comforts you
will need on your vacation including a full kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, garbage disposal and all the dishes and cooking utensils,
television with cable programming and VCR, telephone, two full
bathrooms, washer & dryer, fireplace, deck & BBQ and
all of your bedding and towels. Each unit accommodates six people.
Units B & C have one queen size bed, two twin beds and a
sofa sleeper in the living room. Units A & D have two private
bedrooms with queen size beds with two twin beds in the loft.
Between the two condominium units a separate building houses
a Jacuzzi/hot tub for use by Arrowhead guests.
