Above, Sarah Wilkins, one of only four students in the history of Seeley-Swan High School to maintain a 4.0 grade point average through four years of schooling, is congratulated by Superintendent Mary Vagner at commencement Sunday. Below: photo shows Secretary of State Mike Cooney presenting Sarah Wilkins the 1999 Secretary of State Citizenship Award for outstanding service to her school and community. Cooney presented the award in a visit here two weeks ago.

Rett Parker, Seeley Swan representative on the Missoula County High School District board, presented diplomas to graduates Sunday. Here, Amber Wold receives her diploma and congratulations from Parker.
