Above, Sarah Wilkins, one of only four students in the history of Seeley-Swan High School to maintain a 4.0 grade point average through four years of schooling, is congratulated by Superintendent Mary Vagner at commencement Sunday. Below: photo shows Secretary of State Mike Cooney presenting Sarah Wilkins the 1999 Secretary of State Citizenship Award for outstanding service to her school and community. Cooney presented the award in a visit here two weeks ago.
