Jesse Baker, 10, became the State 4-H Champion in an archery shoot on March 6 and 7.

Jesse not only bested everyone in the 10-year-old division, but her scores beat most older kids and was not far below the highest posted score in the two-day shoot.

Jesse is the daughter of Edie and Bob Baker.
