The Swan Valley Players played to packed houses in performances last weekend and raised $2,500 for a new stage project at Swan Valley School. Gloria Busch, director, said the amount raised was double that of last year, but will only be enough for half of the projected stage costs at the school. "We may have to raise another $2,500 next year," Busch said. The play, "Razzle Dazzle Royalty at the Wine Glass Saloon", was a melodrama set in the 1900's at the Wine Glass Saloon in the Swan Valley. Dance hall girls, a villain, and law and order contributed to the ensuing drama.
