February 4-10 is National Scout Week and in recognition of this week, Cub Scout Pack 19 would like to thank all the people who have helped volunteer and support our cub scouting program.

Many wonderful people contributed to make our popcorn fundraiser a great success. The pack sold $4,869.00 worth of popcorn this year. At the January Pack Meeting, the cub scouts were recognized for their efforts.

The top three sellers were:

3rd place: Tucker Clark, who sold $360.00. He received a flashlight, 14 scout bucks and 10 additional scout bucks from the Pack.

2nd place: Toby Kittrell, who sold $404.00. He received a flashlight, 21 scout bucks and a leatherman from the Pack.

1st place: Ryan Richards, who sold $3,151.00. He received a flashlight, 330 scout bucks, $100.00 gift certificate from the Pack, $50.00 gift certificate and scholarship funds from Trails End Popcorn for selling over $2,000.00. Ryan was the top seller in Western Montana and 4th in the State of Montana.

We'd also like to thank the following businesses who are supporting the scout buck redemption program. They are: Pop's, Radio Shack, Napa, Rovero's, Stage Station, Dan's Discount, High Basin Sports, Video Vision, Kurt's Polaris and Seeley Lake Fun Center.

On March 27, the cub scouts will hold their Pinewood Derby at 7:00 in the new gym at the Seeley Lake Elementary School. The public is welcome to attend.

In honor of all post and present scouts, Pack 19 will present a color guard ceremony at the high school basketball game on February 9 at 7:30 p.m.
