On Saturday, April 11th, Seeley Lake Cub Scout Pack 19 held their Pinewood Derby. There was a good crowd in attendance to watch more than 100 individual races. Each den competed against everyone else in the Pack.

Trophies were awarded for first, second, and third places in each den, and overall awards were given for Best Design and Best Color.

Judges Doug Mood and Deborah Stack had a difficult time choosing the Best Design and Best Color cars, as many cars were well conceived and painted. Many of the races were close calls, without the aide of timers, there work was cut out for them. But they did a good job and the winners were as follows:

Den 1 - 1st Steven Macaig, 2nd Leland Bartlett, 3rd Patrick Jones.

Den 2 - 1st Ryan Wink, 2nd Michael Biggins, 3rd David Jensen.

Webelos - 1st Levi Kelly, 2nd Beau Maciag, 3rd Cody Rowe.

Best Design went to Levi Kelly, and Best Color went to Leland Bartlett.

The Pack winners Ryan Wink, Michael Biggins, and Steven Maciagwill represent Pack 19 this weekend at the district Derby in Missoula.
