Morrell Stoves & Spas & Cellular One Owners
donate activation fees to Seeley Lion's Club

Don Jackson, co-owner of Morrell Stoves & Spas & Cellular One, presented Seeley Lake Lion's Member Cheryl Lewis with a donation from the cellular phone activation fees. As of April 30, 1998, Cellular One donated $1,395 to the Seeley Lion's Club.

Don Jackson and Nancy Madson, owners of Morrell Stoves & Spas & Cellular One Owners, donated the cellular phone activation fees to Seeley Lake Lion's Club. As of April 30, 1998, Cellular One donated $1,395 to the Lion's Club.

The Lion's have used the funds to support the following community projects and special events: $50 to the Elementary School; $60 scholarship to the Seeley Lake Preschool; $160 for two individuals who required eye glasses; $350 for Thanksgiving food baskets; $450 for Christmas food baskets; $150 for the community chili feed at the Rich Ranch; $100 for the purchase of propane for a local family and $100 to the Senior All Night Party.

Cheryl Lewis, Secretary of the Lion's Club, said that the Lion's greatly appreciate the donation from Jackson and Madson, and said that the Club will continue to honor the wishes of the couple in using the funds to support various worthwhile projects and events throughout our community.
